Johnna Baker has received training in mediation and she is an experienced mediator in areas such as divorce or civil matters. She is registered with the Alabama Dispute Resolution Center. Mediation is a voluntary process, confidential and is less costly than litigation. Both parties in dispute, must agree to mediation and share the cost. The role of the mediator is to remain neutral and help parties reach a solution to their problem. Mediators help parties define and focus on the issues, build communication and reach an agreement.
